With approx. 40 or 80 m² the apartments are real oases to unwind where up to 6 people can leave the daily routine behind. The floors are either made of wood or linoleum. The apartment is suitable for people with walking impediments.
The holiday apartments were furnished by your host, Mrs. Wally, with great love and attention to details and harmony. Mrs. Wally is LO Feng Shui and Aura-Soma® (further information ») consultant. In our bright and colour-coordinated spaces, relaxation comes naturally.

Useful information
- Our rates are per day and apartment for two persons. For every additional person we charge Euro 18.- a day in the smaller apartments. In the apartment Sommermond we charge Euro 21.- a day for every additional person;
- Children rates: children under 6 Euro 12.- Babies in their own brought along crib are free of charge.
- The rates apply for stays of minimum 7 days. For shorter stays we charge an extra pay by arrangement
- Included in the price are:
WiFi, water, electricity, heating, VAT, TV and weekly linen change, South Tyrol Guest Pass.
With the South Tyrol Guest Pass you can use buses, trains and many cable cars throughout South Tyrol free of charge. So: leave your car behind and enjoy the natural and cultural offerings. - On reservation free use of our two mountain bikes and our two city bikes.
- The public swimming pool of Lagundo with a children's pool and a 25 meter pool is only a 3-minute walk away. Instead of chlorine, the water of the pools is cleaned by a salt system and is therefore particularly kind to the skin.
- We give great importance to cleanliness and clean your apartment thoroughly before your arrival. We charge € 72.- for the final cleaning of the “Sommermond” apartment and € 54.- for all other holiday apartments.
- A local tourist tax of Euro 2.10 per person and day will be added to the price. This does not apply to children under 14.
- The supplement for a dog amounts to 45.- for the whole holiday in its brought along dogbed.
Cancellation policy
Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers' Code):
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumer's Code ist not contemplated. However, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
you can cancel your reservation up to 21 days before your arrival without charges.
Within the last 20 days prior arrival we charge 100% of your booking.
