With approx. 40 or 80 m² the apartments are real oases to unwind where up to 6 people can leave the daily routine behind. Relaxation comes naturally in our bright rooms with modern furnishing. The floors are either made of wood or linoleum.
We set a high value on cleanness.

View from the apartments
The apartments have either two balconies, or a terrace to the South. From the balconies you can gaze at beautiful landscapes and mountain chains. The terraces will give you a feeling of calmness. This is sun for your soul.
Our arbour is a perfect place for celebrations and barbecues with friends. It is covered from rain and a cozy corner of our garden.

Our prices are calculated per day for two persons. For every additional person we charge Euro 13.- a day; for children under 6 years Euro 6.- Babies in their own brought along crib are free of charge. The prices apply at a minimum stay of 7 days. For shorter stays we charge an extra pay by arrangement
Included in the price are:
- The Museum Mobilcard South Tyrol (free usage of all public means of transport and free entry to ca. 80 museums)
- Water, Electricity, Heating, visitor’s tax, VAT, rent, TV and weekly linen change.
- Usage of our two high quality mountainbikes
- NEW: Free use of all means of public transportation in South Tyrol and free entry in about 80 museums.
For the final cleaning we charge Euro 49.- for the apartment “Sommermond”. For all other apartments Euro 39.-. For INTERNET access via WLAN we charge Euro 3.- per day.
The supplement for a dog amounts to 29.- for the whole holiday in its brought along dogbed.
We would like to ask you to arrive and depart on Saturdays.
Conditions of cancellation:
You can cancel your reservation 3 month in before your arrival without charges. From 3 months to 4 weeks before your arrival we charge 3 days from your bill. Within the last 4 weeks we charge 100 % of your booking. To avoid discomfort we recommend to insure yourself.
We are partners of Therme Meran. 13 indoor swimming pools and 12 outdoor swimming pools, as well as 1.250 m² sauna world with different steam baths await you. It is our pleasure to book for you.
